EARLY MORNING POWER YOGA
Like getting up early and hitting it hard? This power hour class is for you. Fifty minutes of fast paced vinyasa flow. Incorporating standing poses, balancing poses, back bends and lots of vinyasas (plank, chaturanga, up-dog). At end of this strong practice, there will be a five minute cool down followed by a three minute savasana. We start at 6:00am sharp and promise to have you out the door by 7:00! Some level of experience is preferred.

INTRO TO YOGA
Yoga is a great way to move your body and stay physically and mentally healthy. This introductory class will move slowly through the poses exploring posture and alignment of each asana (yoga pose), taking time to prop and modify postures to fit the needs of each practitioner. If you are new to yoga or have been practicing awhile and want to work on your posture and alignment this class if for you. All levels welcome.

Tam is an RYT 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor with an additional Certification in Senior Yoga. She lives and works in the Carlos/Alexandria area and is passionate about making yoga available to everyone through the use of props and modifications. “One of the things I love most about yoga is its ability to be a completely unique experience to every individual practicing, every singe time.”

SMALL GROUP FITNESS
Put the fun back in your workouts by working with your spouse, your family or 2 of your friends. Limited to 3 people, small group fitness provides customized workouts that push your training to new limits. Learn how to use barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, sand bags and more!
Individual or group training for competitive athletes age 13 and older. Emphasis on major strength lifts like squat, bench press and deadlift with Olympic lift training (clean and jerk). Accessory training in kettlebells, dumbbells and plyometrics. Our training methods develop strong and powerful athletes that run and skate faster, jump higher and out perform their competition.

Our trainer is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting. Programming for all sports and all levels to improve power, strength, speed and agility.
SR Fit is a small group workout designed specifically for the older athlete in all of us. Grab 2 of your friends and get sweaty. With workouts focused on core strength, balance and proprioception, coordination and cardiovascular endurance, senior participants will see improvements in walking stamina, strength for functional activities of daily life and decreased joint and muscle pain.
