Low Back Pain = Tight Hip Flexors

If you spend more of your time sitting than moving, you probably suffer from low back pain. If you are a runner, jumper or sprinter, you probably have had episodes of low back pain. Here is a great video outlining 2 of my favorite self-care drills for easing low back pain that is related to anterior pelvic tilt and tight hip flexors.
