Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is the result of tendon injury in the elbow due to repetitive motions by the wrist and forearm. Tennis elbow causes pain on the outside of the elbow and can many times cause weakness in grip and loss of use of the arm. Besides tennis, other sports where athletes are susceptible to this type of injury are golf, weight lifting, and baseball. Joint manipulation to ensure proper joint mechanics, soft tissue therapy like ultrasound and IASTM, kinesiotape and rehabilitative exercises are our standard method of treatment with consistently positive results.
