Ankle Sprains

Ankle sprains are most common in sports that involve running, jumping, and cutting, such as football, basketball, track, baseball, tennis, soccer, hockey, and volleyball. Ankle sprains occur when you roll the ankle in or out with weight of the body carried over that joint causing damage to ligaments and tendons that support the ankle joint. Joint manipulation to reset the damaged joint along with soft tissue therapies and rehabilitative exercises allow us to help injured athletes recover quicker than the old school philosophy of rest and ice.
